Welcome! I’m Elleni, and passionate about the power of self-healing and transformation. My journey began with Reiki and Soul-Mending, where I started to unravel the limiting beliefs and old patterns that no longer served me. Through this healing process, I discovered the incredible ability we all have to release emotional blocks, clear past traumas, and step into our true, authentic selves.
I’ve worked tirelessly to rewrite the stories that held me back and have embraced the practice of continuous growth. While I’ve come a long way, I know that healing is an ongoing process, and I remain committed to doing the work every day. This isn’t just for me—it’s for my family, too. By showing up as the most authentic version of myself, I can be a better partner, parent, and individual who is aligned with my highest purpose.
